I maintain a small spiritual direction practice for clients seeking to explore non-psychotherapeutic approaches to their spiritual lives. While I am formally trained in theologies of Christian Anarchism and Latinx Liberation Theology, Lucumí, Western Mystery/Esoteric Traditions, and 12-Step, I work from a multi-faith and spiritually fluid lens to accompany spiritually-curious people from all traditions.

themes frequently explored:

  • spiritual crises and faith deconstruction

  • life transitions

  • memorial, celebration, ritual

  • forgiveness and reconciliation

  • integrating multiple spiritual paths

While I am trained in various theological and ritual approaches, I am non-dogmatic and attuned to the unique spiritual languages and experiences of each person. I do not believe in the supremacy of any one tradition or approach, and strongly disavow the state of Christian fascism and social control. I believe in the sacredness of spiritual companionship and prioritize building trust and respect for theological difference.

My spiritual direction practice is particularly suited for those who seek a space beyond traditional religious institutions, including those who feel spiritually displaced. I recognize spirituality as a vital dimension of human experience and offers support in fostering resilience, meaning-making, and inner healing.
